Job Description:

1. Be in charge of daily financial work
2. Handle employee expense claims, payment request to out source vendors and salary issuing to both local and expatriate employees.
3. Prepare monthly expense report and budget for IPS Shanghai office
4. Perform book keeping (banking ledger and cash ledger) and manage Company bank functions both in Shanghai and Hong Kong
5. Use Kingdee accounting software to keep the accounting entry
6. Deal with taxation issues both in mainland China and Hong Kong
7. Calculate and prepare the tax return
8. Coordinate with the other departments to track the payment from the clients
9. Prepare financial report to IPS Board

Basic Requirement:

1. 5-10 years related working experience
2. Qualified CPA is a must
3. Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) both in oral and written
4. Familiar with both China and Hong Kong financial and taxation rules
5. Foreign company financial work experience is a plus
6. Good management skill is a plus

Degree: Master or above

Qualification: CPA
