IPS Ltd signs purchase agreement to acquire business of China Packaging Solutions Ltd:

• Purchase agreement signed to acquire all of the assets China Packaging Solutions Ltd and CPS Rengo
• Integration of China Packaging Solutions Ltd and CPS Rengo business into IPS operations

The Hong Kong registered company IPS Ltd announced today that it has signed a purchase agreement with the China based company China Packaging Solutions Ltd (CPS) to acquire all of the assets of CPS.

China Packaging Solutions is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise in China with its operations centre in Shanghai.

CPS is a European owned China based packaging business whose owners have over 20 years packaging experience, including 4 years working in China supplying packaging to US and EU companies. CPS will wholly integrate into the IPS business.

IPS provides medium and large organizations easy access to Low Cost Country sourced products without increasing procurement costs. IPS links together Quality Low Cost Country Supply Network + Global Logistics + Inventory Optimization + Final Mile Delivery Capability. The acquisition of CPS will add the essential component of Packaging competence to the IPS offer.
